Now espell is seeking a senior account manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- work with espell’s global enterprise clients to ensure best possible customer experience
- maintain strong business relationships with existing clients
- gather input from all stakeholders within espell to be able to offer customized localization solutions to clients
- negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
- follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
- stay updated on industry trends and competitors to build business strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback
- develop new business opportunities and grow new business from existing clients
Requirements
- demonstrated experience in successfully managing customer relationships
- strong background in translation and localization
- understanding of translation workflows, quality processes, tools and solutions
- excellent computer literacy
- ability to research, analyse and prioritize opportunities with clients
- fluency in English is a must, German or other languages is an advantage
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
