Now espell is seeking a client services manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- provide prompt and excellent client services to espell’s clients to deliver an exceptional client experience
- negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
- resolve complex client issues in a professional manner
- follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
- develop new business opportunities and grow new business from existing clients
- prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback
- stay updated on industry trends and competitors to build business strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- demonstrated background in translation and localization
- understanding of translation workflows, quality processes, tools and solutions
- ability to successfully managing customer relationships
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- ability to research, analyse and prioritize opportunities with clients
- innovative, creative thinking skills
- ability to anticipate the needs of clients
- outstanding organizational and time management skills
- fluency in English is a must, German or other languages is an advantage
- excellent computer literacy
